CRM & pipeline

A CRM in Sheets, for teams a real CRM would be wasted on

For a team of three to fifteen, a well-built Sheet beats a CRM nobody fills in.

Small teams abandon CRMs for a predictable reason: the tool asks for more structure than the team has, so entry lapses, so the reports are wrong, so nobody trusts it. A spreadsheet that matches how the team actually sells gets filled in, and a filled-in spreadsheet beats an empty CRM every time.

We build to your stages and your fields, add the automation that removes the boring parts — stage-change timestamps, follow-up reminders, weekly digests — and structure it so that if you outgrow it, the data exports cleanly into a real CRM rather than trapping you.

You probably recognise at least one of these

  • A pipeline that lives in someone's head or in email threads
  • No reliable answer to 'what is closing this month'
  • Follow-ups missed because nothing reminds anyone
  • A CRM subscription being paid for and not used
  • Reporting that requires someone to rebuild a summary by hand each Monday

What you get

  • Pipeline sheet with your stages, protected structure and per-user edit permissions
  • Automatic stage-change and last-touch timestamps
  • Follow-up reminders by email on your rules
  • Activity log so you can see history per deal without a separate tab
  • Weekly pipeline digest to whoever needs it
  • Clean export layout for the day you move to a real CRM

Questions we get asked

How many users can this handle?
Comfortably up to about fifteen concurrent editors. Beyond that, or where you need field-level permissions, we will recommend a real CRM instead of overselling a spreadsheet.
Can it stop people breaking it?
Yes — protected ranges, data validation and a separate entry form mean most users never touch the structure.
Will our data be locked in?
The opposite. It is a spreadsheet; you own it and can export it in one click. We design the schema so a future migration is a mapping exercise, not a rescue.
