A multi-year CRM and pipeline dashboard for a US realtor
The problem
An independent agent was running their pipeline across a mix of spreadsheets, email and memory. Nothing gave a reliable answer to which listings were moving, which contacts were overdue a follow-up, or how a year compared with the last.
What we built
We built a single Sheets-based CRM around the agent's own stages rather than a generic template: contacts, listings and activity in separate normalised sheets, with the pipeline view calculated rather than typed.
On top of that sits a dashboard covering active pipeline, stage ageing and period-on-period comparison, plus automated follow-up prompts so that contacts do not go quiet by accident.
The build has been maintained and extended across several years, which is the part that matters: the structure has absorbed new fields, new reporting questions and several years of accumulated history without a rebuild.
Where it landed
One place that answers what is live, what is closing and who needs contacting, with year-over-year comparison available from the same data.
