A small remote team that has been building other people's spreadsheets for more than a decade.
Google Sheets Expert is the Google Sheets practice of Dashboard Dr, a small remote consultancy. We are not a marketplace and not an agency — you deal with the people doing the work.
The work splits roughly into three: building things that did not exist (dashboards, trackers, CRMs), automating things people currently do by hand (Apps Script, scheduled reporting, integrations), and rescuing things that have broken (slow workbooks, failed migrations, formulas nobody can read).
We also run sister practices for Excel and Looker Studio work, which means we have no incentive to tell you Sheets is the answer when it is not. Occasionally the honest recommendation is a different tool, or no tool at all.
How we work
We quote fixed, and we publish bands
An hourly rate pays a consultant for being slow. Fixed pricing puts the risk where it belongs.
We build in a copy
Your live file is not a development environment. Nothing we build touches it until you have approved the replacement.
We write things down
Every build ships with documentation and a recorded walkthrough, because the value of a spreadsheet nobody can maintain is zero.
We say when the answer is no
If a spreadsheet is the wrong tool, or the job does not need us, we will say so. It costs us a project and saves you more.
