Training & handover

Training on your own spreadsheets, not a generic course

Generic Sheets courses exist and are cheap. What they cannot do is teach your team your files.

The training that changes anything is taught on the workbook the team opens every morning. We take your actual files, find the five habits costing the most time, and teach those — with the team's own data on screen, and their own questions answered in the room.

This is also how a build should be handed over. Every project we deliver includes a walkthrough, but for anything the team will extend themselves, a proper session with exercises is what stops the file rotting six months after we leave.

You probably recognise at least one of these

  • One person who is 'the spreadsheet person' and a bus factor of one
  • A delivered build nobody dares modify
  • The same questions being asked repeatedly across a team
  • Manual habits that persist because nobody knows the alternative

What you get

  • Live remote session, recorded and yours to keep
  • Exercises built on your own workbooks
  • A written quick-reference sheet for the things covered
  • Follow-up question window by email after the session

Questions we get asked

What time zones can you teach in?
US, UK and Australian business hours are all routine for us.
How many people per session?
Up to about twelve for it to stay interactive. Larger groups work better split.
Do you cover Apps Script?
Yes, at an introductory level for teams inheriting a script we built — enough to read it, change configuration safely, and know when to call someone.

Tell us what it needs to do

Share the file or describe the outcome. We reply with scope, price and a delivery date.
